Guest guest
> > HI Dana, Just got blood results back of my four year old son who has PDD. The labs showed that he has a genetic mutation involving the methyl cycle. It means that his body produces a lot of ammonia and sulfur. His body converts good stuff into harmful stuff, like ammonia and sulfur. Have you ever heard of that and if so do you know how to treat it? Do you know what ammonia and sulfur do to the body? I have heard of it. It affects certain things, including folic acid and a few others. I don't know much about it tho. There are people on other lists who will have more info. Guest guest
I have heard Jeff Bradstreet talk about this when he spoke. Apparently this is pretty prevelant with ASD kids. You might try his website and see if he has any info on it. Gramaglia " <egramaglia@...> wrote: > > HI Dana, Just got blood results back of my four year old son who has PDD. Guest guest
How does Dr. G treat the MTHFR mutation(s)? Does he tell his patients to take DMG or other methyl donor supplement?
Guest guest
From my experience he does not believe in this or the meythlation issues that the DAN docs support.
