Guest guest
I find the cheapest for almost everything is iherb.com. I always have to pay VAT on them & use DHL for delivery as they are the quickest & do not defer delivery, but later send me an invoice for the VAT. I normally expect an order to take 2-3 days to come. Guest guest
I checked the price of the 300 mgs x 60 tablets of CoEnzyme Q10 and it is a lot cheaper than my source (and I thought I had the cheapest source). Many thanks for this Val - www.iherb.com will definitely go down as my source for that in the future. Also, they do flush free double strength Niacin (Vit.B 3) which is so good to help lower cholesterol and BP. You have converted me. Guest guest
Hi ,I have had a crazy week so sorry it took so long to get back to you. I take a liquid vitamin that I really like. I get them atwww.marketamerica.com/youarebeautiful I take OPC-3, Multitech, and Vitamin B. These vitamins literally saved my 3 yr old son, we were doing steroids and Zopenex through a nebulizer and after starting these, he was able to go off all nebulizer treatments! YEA. I thought if they can do that for him they can't hurt me I know I need vitamins, I don't get near the recommended amt in my food. Let me know if you have any questions. Cyrena240/141/145start/now/goalDOB 1/19/07 vitamins I was wondering if Dr. A will advise me about how I need to take vitamins from here on out. What do you all do? What about Vit B - under tongue or injections? I've had hysterectomy ... so iron is not an issue (at least I don't think it is). I take a handful of vitamins (Dr.Taub for women post menapausal off QVC) even though I am 39 (since I've had the hyst). I've also taken the liquid Power 3 'Vision for Life' vitamins. I like both. Any ideas what I need to do before surgery... and after. Thanks,

Guest guest
Shaklee vitamins along with a regimen from a Naturopath are how we are treating Zoe's arthritis. Guest guest
, I would recommend you to talk with your Dr before trying any OTC or Herbs or Vitamins. If anyone takes a Prescribed Medication. Prescribed meds can react to other pills. never took anything other than Iron while on Prescribed Medications. But once she was weaned off all Prescribed meds she has used Vitamins to see if they helped. Some did work for a few weeks but ended up making her sick. Guest guest
, we are doing only a natural method. Zoe (her twin & I) are using Shaklee vitamins (plus a few other brands) herbal supplements and homeopathies. We have also made drastic measures in the foods we consume. Our Rheumy at Cincinnati Children's is aware that this is the choice her father and I have made. With the change in doctors coming at Cincy children's' I am curious to see if the new doc is as comfortable as Dr Graham was. We have seen results and have only had to do Motrin or Zeel ointment for pain a handful of times in the last 4 months. I am curious to see how she is at the end of this week. She is at Nature camp all week on lots of hikes, building forts, exploring her environment. It will be a lot more activity than a normal day for her, but we will do plenty of warm baths and be sure to watch for her " tell tale " signs of pain. Guest guest
, We also use Shaklee. It has been amazing how much it has helped our daughter. In addition to the vitamins that Joann told you, we also do the soy protein. It helps to rebuild the cells. Don't be discouraged if your rheumy (unless he's a Naturopath) doesn't get excited about the vitamins. They usually don't . . . they would rather give you medicine. Good luck and let us know how it goes. He has been off all pharmacuticals since March 2007 blood work keeps improving. My father was a Shaklee dist for years and i am sure they are good vitamins, he now takes the JuicePlus+ because he does not eat enough fruits and veggies, and he only eats healthy . Check out a web site www.fruitandveggieinfo.com or email any questions about our story to fruitandveggiefamily@... We also take a fishoil that we get from the natropathic Dr.
Guest guest
Dylan (12, Aspergers) takes a multi-vitamin and Omega-3 supplement daily. ( ) vitamins What vitamins do you give your aspie? My son is 10 and he takes ritalin and depakote, hardly eats anything, especially fruits and veggies. I had read something about B6 and magnesium, but didn't know if this was in addition to a mulit vitamin or not and does it work for you? I have tried chewable, gummies, etc and he doesn't like those. I haven't seen any children's that are NOT chewable or gummies and didn't know if in the adults there were too much of one, not enough of another, etc. I want to get him started with something before school starts. thanks. Guest guest
My 5 yr old takes a multivitamin, vitamin C, a " greens " whole food supplement, a probiotic, and an DHA/omega 3/fish oil supplement, daily. And a digestive enzyme with any food. All chewables. Some kids do better with liquids. Other things are added as needed. If our multi did not have enough, I would use a calcium/mag/zinc supp. My understanding is that a B-complex may help with sleep issues, and many people with health issues are magnesium deficient. I use magnesium personally for migraine management. And of course we use epsom salt baths(magnesium) to help with managing sensory issues and detoxing. There are many websites devoted to supplementation for AS kids to function at their best. Most AS kids are deficient in certain vits/minerals, it seems they have metabolism issues with their bodies being able to break down food into the vits/minerals, etc. that they need. I can email you a list of really good websites if you like. Many moms consult an ND for an initial recommedation of what your child may be deficient in. > > What vitamins do you give your aspie?
