FIR Saunas and glutathione

Been treating with Abx's for 2 years. We made progress but not enough for my

liking. Decided to explore Rife machine and learned more about detoxing. Have

questions about 2 new things added to our therapy for Lyme/Bart/Babs/Myco:

1. FIR Sauna

Rather than spend thousands of dollars on a big/nice FIR Sauna, I looked into

the cheaper portable version. My naturopath/nutritionist steered me toward the

big/expensive one. Has anyone had great success with the individual/portable

version in the $200+ range from Amazon.com? We have spent a lot of money on

treatment for my 2 kids and me and are willing to spend more but trying to do it

wisely. If the portable version is effective and gives good results, then I'm

leaning that way.

2. Naturopath/Nutritionist wants us to take glutathione. I have always heard

that oral glutathione breaks down too much through digestion and that

glutathione IV's are the way to go but are expensive and inconvenient. We were

taking NAC an an alternative but I also hear that some people can convert NAC to

glutathione quite easily while others can't. Today Dr. sold me Liposomal

Gluthathione by Absorbot, a fat soluable liquid glutathione. It was $74 for 8

oz. After you build up the dosage, you remain at 1 tsp/day. She said it was

the next best thing to IV glutathione and is vital for liver detox. Any

thoughts? Anyone use this? What did you think?

Thanks!

Regarding #2 - there's another option as well. Different compounding centers can

create glutathione in a cream for transdermal application.

Thanks! Yes. Used the cream 2 years ago but the smell was horrific for my little ones. My son is super smell sensitive. Sent from my iPhone

Hi Kris,

I used a tent sauna for several years. We finally found a 2 person on

craigslist as my husband didn't like the tent sauna because he is tall and it

was too small for him to comfortably get in. I liked it because I could park it

in front of the TV or read. The people that oppose the tent saunas say that

they may outgas synthetics from the fabric, but I have heard that about the wood

ones too, because they say depending on what the wood is treated with or the

glue that is used it can outgas at high heat as well. The ones that aren't

supposed to outgas are in the close to $5500.00 range. I haven't had any

problem with either of my saunas and I have chemical sensitivities so I would

know if they were outgassing.
