Hi, Laureen.

I just switched two from Paxil to Prozac. Noah's transition was smooth and we

saw good gains. So far so good with , too. The only caveat is nighttime

accidents with Noah. We had them under control and they resumed when he started

Prozac. Kristy is right, though, if you wake them up a couple of hours after

they go to sleep to use the bathroom, it helps.

Hi Laureen!

we have always had smooth transitions from 1 ssri to another. the only negative

we have had was the increase in dosage last december and since then he has a

night time accident almost every night unless I wake him up within 2 hours after

he falls asleep.

Every time we switched or increased an SSRI we had a bout with bed wetting. It

would last one - two week and subside. Every time every SSRI

This has been ongoing since December. Has this happened for so long with anyone?

It's my only " complaint " right now. He is doomsday so great in so many areas.

Only at night. So frustrating when I get there too late to wake him up. The

change in December was so slight, from 7/8 to 1 tablet of Paxil.

The problem is I don't always know exactly when he has actually fallen

asleep. Like last night.he was still awake at almost an hour after going to

bed.
