I found out my migraines were triggered by allergies. Not food

allergies but the allergies that change with the seasons. I get my

allergies and migraines in February as I am allergic to cedar. The

steroid pack helped me but I had to take Imitrex and the migraine

medicine that is in a three pack (starts with a M).

I also take my medication when it first comes on as I cannot lift my

head and am really nauseated.

I am glad I do not have them often as it is horrible. I do not envy

anyone who has migraines. You have my empathy.
