Guest guest
Lyndi and I love your answer. I have been there and my dogs took me for a ride when I fell on wet grass. I let go of their leashes and flat I went like a " grass angel " . I knew what the expression, " having the wind knocked out of me " meant. My dogs just stood over me licking my face as I yelled for help. I stay upstairs and my husband watches TV downstairs. I call his name and he lovingly says " You bellowed " . I call myself the bed queen. If I didn't have a sense of humor, I wouldn't know what I would do. I too had a morning where I had no pain. It was the strangest feeling and I felt like myself again. I wonder what nerve impulses got crossed that told my body I wasn't hurting. I did go out in my yard and do work and of course suffered the next day. I too would be worse off if I did not do my home exercise program and my muscles suffer if I don't. I cannot change what is going on but I am sure not going to let it conquer me if I can help it. I still have to fight depression every day. If I didn't have my animals, I would not be as well off as I am. Bennie
