Guest guest
Hi Jill, my son was on Diflucan suspension before when we were doing DAN protocol and had the same issue on very dry lips...when Dr. G prescribed Diflucan I was afraid that we were going to experience the same problem and we did so Dr. G suggested BRAND Diflucan and it sure made a difference. I hope this helps, smiles Yadi > > Hi everyone..my daughter has been taking Diflucan (generic suspension) for almost two months now..we are hopefully waiting to see DR. R in NY very soon. While she is doing really well on it she has developed a hive situation. They're not present all the time..one or two pop up in random spots when she gets upset or excited and then go away within 20 minutes or more. This has been occurring for around 3 weeks. She has never had a hive before. We have also been battling very chapped, dry lips too. Has anyone else had this issue. Any advice is appreciated. > Thanks Jill >

Guest guest
My 10 year old has very chapped lips right now as well. It started a few months ago, and I thought it was just dry because of the cold dry weather here in MN. Now, he is constantly picking the skin off his lips! I put vasoline on them whenever I can and he hates that. It is almost impossible to get it on him. TammyK
Guest guest
thanks Yadira! Was thinking of switching to the pill and crushing because I knew somehow this was related to the stuff. I also am noticing with the suspension that the first few days of each 14 day round are great but then I think the efficacy reduces. Thanks again for input. jill > > > > Hi everyone..my daughter has been taking Diflucan (generic suspension) for almost two months now..we are hopefully waiting to see DR. R in NY very soon. Guest guest
Lots of water should help, too. And we like Burt’s Bees or shea butter for healing dry lips. Guest guest
I get the dry splitting/peeling lips pretty badly sometimes, and to get rid of it, I have to guzzle tons of water for at least 2 days for it to pass. Same with my boys. I've never figured out what starts it besides deyhydration, which apparently we're very susceptible to with . I'm on difcluan, another is on nizoral - I don't know that they have anything to do with it. Guest guest
Burts bees product line is great as long as you do not have carrot issues.
