Guest guest
I would recommend easing off the carnitine where stopping using it entirely doesn't work better. Everything is an individual thing, or what are we about being here? People on other boards said that once they got enough carnitine and things were in place the carnitine didn't work for them. You may not be getting the whole story? (I hope this helps in that respect) Relatively few people take carnitine supplements. Good news also travels fast. Your child might not need carnitine, or maybe needs a natural source of carnitine? Try giving your son beef (a major source of carnitine, that I'm aware) instead and if that doesn't work, for any improvements, I figure your son doesn't need carnitine supplementation. You can validate that with a blood test, if you haven't done so yet, and that sort of thing would mean anything to you, where it could help, not that that sort of thing tells the whole story either. We use carnitine but could take it or leave it. We eat a lot of beef in our household, but not always. Guest guest
You might want to check out 'mito cocktail' as he may need some of the cofactors to use carnitine. Some info @ http://www.danasview.net/mar05.htm as well as lots on line. > > Hi All, > I gave my son both kinds of carnitine and he has been crying with tantrum. > I have him a.carnitine first and he started like something was hurting him after 3-4 hours. > Then I tried l - carnitine and the ssame. > > Not sure what is going on. > Any experiences anyone? > > Thanks a lot. > > > >
Guest guest
carnitine is probably functioning as a false neuro transmitter..to the brain..which is an intestine and brain conglomerate thing...he might be allergic to it. i would suggest , use NAET to test him for carnitine and then administer...the results then should be desirable.
