new to group and question about GF chicken nuggets

Hi everyone,

I posted yesterday but it didn't look like my post went through so attempting

again...

We are seeing Dr. G in two weeks (so excited!). We've been trying to follow the

diet closely but had a question as I guess I'm not quite clear on this. Is

it okay to have gluten-free chicken nuggets (Applegate brand). It doesn't have

whole grain rice so I'm assuming it's okay? And are small amount of chips

(tortilla or potato chips) okay to eat everyday as a snack? We're trying to

minimize the carbs and maximize the protein but it's quite challenging!
