I was diagnosed with MS 1989 and ended my career. Diagnosis changed to Fibromyalgia in 2003. Permanent vision loss is due to attack with my own cane in 1999, head trauma and tweeked my nose that I have facial pain. Hi Reta I want to welcome you to the group. I love your little red scooter's name. It's a shame that someone, was vicious enough to hit you with your own cane. One thing, for certain, is that you seem to have a positive attitude. That's the beginning of managing chronic pain. Do you have a good doctor, who is working with you to help manage your pain? It doesn't need to be a specialist, a family doctor is just fine. Right now, I just want to say hello. I'm one of the moderators in the group. I have a magnificient doc who is not a specialist, but one who has not lost his hunger for learning. We share info and references and he's open to being creative. Couldn't hurt anything by trying, is his philosophy. I'm game, if he is. hugs, Reta > > > > > ______________________________________________________________________ ______________ > Never miss a thing.
