Guest guest
Yes, My son did have side effect. He was on Valtrex for 10 months and his kidney function was perfect. But He just started Famvir about a month, his Creanitine level had gone up to two times more than normal range. Finally he has to back out. At last,His creanitine level has come down to normal again. He needs to adjust his dosage, basically. I do not want to scare parents in this group. I feel I need to share with you. Each child is unique, She /he might respond it differently.
