Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Jami, My son was pulled over for a DUI and passed all the basic tests but he was slow to respond so they went ahead and gave him a DUI for the suspicion of having drank. I tell you guys this as when we went before the judge (who was great) he advised him that people think they are not drunk or impaired but when they perform the checklist, people are sometimes slow to respond and that is an indicator of impairment.
