Hi pioklahoma,

I know that when I took in my pain journal that I had JUST started, my pain

doctor was so happy. She said she was so glad that I had started one. It will

make it easier for her to understand what I'm going through and how to treat it

better. I took the journal with me by hand to my appointment. My pain doctor

looked almost relieved that I had started one lol. I am keeping up with it as

well and will take it to my next appointment in 5 weeks :)
