Hi ,

Okay, the MMS and CA you got is okay... For some reason I was thinking you had

to use

small amounts of powders for each dose you did... But adding 4 oz of water to

each bottle

sounds correct...

Actually, the person selling you this is not suppose to ship sodium chlorite

(MMS) in powdered

form with a special license that is very costly... Once is is liquified, it can

be shipped without a

license..

But you are okay... When adding water, best to use distilled, spring or reverse

osmosis,

you can buy distilled and spring in the grocery store about $1... Tap water can

be used, but best

avoided if you can. AND, since you are not heating these, best to leave for a

good 24 hours

before using and shake several times when you think about it... These are

usually made

with warm 125 degree water... And I always give mine a fast share before I use

them.

Each of these bottles should last 6 - 12 months, you will only use very tiny

amounts

with each dose..

Take care,

Jim

instructions of making it into the liquid MMS? this might be a possibility as

there were a few sites that you could still by the powder to make your own mms a

while back. You can also buy the bulk citric acid instead of just the couple of

oubnces to fill one bottle , from other sources.
