Guest guest
I've had it since I fell off a horse in my 30's. I'm 58 now so quite awhile. The massage I go to for awhile and then I have to quit because I can't afford to go all the time. Then about 4-6 months later it gets so bad I have to go again. I'm getting ready to go again, just as soon as my social security gets raised. I sleep on a memory foam mattress as it's the only thing soft enough to not make it hurt worse when I lie down. I have one leg shorter from it also. Chiro and massage together works best but my chiropractor retired and I " m looking for another. I'm trying hard not to have surgery since both my mother and my brother have had failed back surgeries for different things. I just don't think they can do what they say they can a lot of the time.
