carnitine : cries with both types

Hi All,

I gave my son both kinds of carnitine and he has been crying with tantrum.

I have him a.carnitine first and he started like something was hurting him 

after 3-4 hours.

Then I tried l - carnitine and the ssame.

 

Not sure what is going on. 

Any experiences anyone?
