Beenie has given me some ideas of what is exactly wrong so I have to Google to find out if the fit my symptoms. The computer desk my kids bought me just does not fit me and they bought me a chair too, that does not fit my back. I just can't get the nerve to tell them. My back is just like yours , L-4,L5 S- 1 and several compression fractures. I had to have my left knee replaced about 5 months ago and that was a mistake. Now I'm taking PT but still I can't walk near as well as before surgery and have more pain. My pain doc ( He is good) wants me have laproscopic surgery on my compression fractures. But I would have to have general anesthesia and spend the night in the hospital and they nearly killed me when I had the knee done. REALLY! I'm 72 so I don't expect to be as agile as hen I was younger but this is ridiculous! Sorry to be so depressing. I'll do better next time.
