Don't give up, there are caring doctors out there

So is it ok to post something positive in here ?

I wanted to write an enouraging word about doctors. I too have had my

fill of doctors that look at you funny, and refuse to give the pain

meds you need. But right now, in this time of my life, I am very

lucky to have two wonderful caring doctors who have no problem giving

me what I need. One is in the Phoenix area and the other is in

California.

Both of these doctors came to me from referrals from friends and

family. These two men truly care about their patients.

I have pain from something called Dercum's disease, from a shattered

knee that can't be repaired, and from Reflex Dystrophy Syndrome

(RDS), and a bad back that prevents me from standing more than a few

minutes at a time.

So don't ever give up, I have fired one or two doctors in my time. I

even had one say " you can't fire me " . I said oh yes I can, don't you

dare come into this hospital room again.

So hang in there, and be encouraged. Hugs.
