Guest guest
Morphine and a few other drugs reduce production of saliva, and food doesn't taste the same. And because the lack of saliva also impedes digestion, you don't get the same 'high' or good feeling of the effects of the food right after you eat it. No instant gratification like before (easy example like with sugary foods like cake, sugar getting into system fast it's SLOW now). And lack of saliva changes the texture of the foods too!
