Guest guest
Jan, Unfortunately, going to a chiropractor in 1986 was what started the shoulder blade spasms in the first place. I was hurt during the exam, developed upper back pain & over the years the spasms have spread to all 4 quadrants of the body. I even broke down & went to see other chiropractors after that in hopes that they could fix what was wrong, but nothing ever helped, only aggravated it. I use the tennis ball trick only for behind my neck when I get a headache. I can't use it for my spine because it's too hard to roll it up & down. The high-bounce ball works best for me. And of course the old stand-by, a heating pad. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.
