Guest guest
, It could aggravate your muscular injury. A lot of the muscles and ligaments in the back are connected to the arm and the side, and they all act together to make motion possible. A good idea is to look up the particular area that was injured, so that you can see what muscle groups are surrounding it, what areas it's linked to, etc. That will give you a better understanding of cause and effect. Although I don't know where your particular injury is, I'm going to err on the side of caution and agree with your wife. The swinging of your arms does include the use of back muscles. I would also have a talk with your doctor, find out what your do's and don'ts are, and what you can do to help your injury heal faster. He or she may have some PT exercises that you can safely do to help speed your healing! Hope this helped some! Jen Z.
