I'm glad you don't experience that, Bennie. > > Cheryl in AZ > Moderator > > _U Cheryl, Unfortunately, I was married to a drug addict for 10 years and have had friends who are also. I have hidden my pills so one friend did not get them and he went into my medicine cabinet. My family has addictive personalities, so I fight the urge to take another pill win I still have pain, and all it will do is make me groggy. I worry about the doses I take, but when I look at my doses they are within the range and even lower range. When my doctor wants to titer up, I think oh no, what if I am a drug addict because I am wanting more to be out of pain. I guess my worry is a check and balance to make sure that I do not become that way. I have seen people who use all their money for another fix, another high, and will spend money on pills that I take for pain medicine. My son picked up my hydrocodone prescription once and laughed and said, Gosh Mom people on campus pay big bucks for these pills, we could pay for my college education. He was kidding but reminds us that we have a responsibility to keep our prescriptions in a safe place and be sure we are held accountable. Thanks for your reply, I know what you mean with what you said. Bennie
