I wanted to give an update to an experiment I've been trying.

I have had a strained hamstring for months, which I continued to re-injure, and decided to try a frequency with the Doug Coil machine to see if it would help heal it.

Here is the update so far.

I tried 324 for 5 minutes at a time on the area. I was a little surprised, because although it felt no different during the treatment, immediately following, I felt no pain in the area. The pain would come back each day, but over time it was not as severe.

That frequency must have done one or both of 2 things:

1. Turn off the pain transmission of the nerves.

2. Reduce the inflammation of the injured area, which in turn took the pressure off the nerves, and helped allow the area to heal.

The injury now seems to be healed, but I'll be interested to see how it holds up over time.

And I'm also interested to know if any of you have had any similar experiences.

Please share if you've got something to add. I'm sure there are a lot of people in the group who want to get back to their pre-Lyme activities and may strain some muscles. Anything to help get them back on the road would be a good thing.
