My 1st app. since the law was passed is Tuesday and I'm curious. Thanks, ------- Hi Jami, I printed out the article that was posted about the law last month and my doctor said as soon as we get the type and dose down on what I will be on she is going to do it every three months to save me a $25.00 co-pay each visit every month. We have switched my meds each month looking for a long acting morphine that works, as soon as we do, she said she would. She actually post dated my percocet (breakthrough) medication for January back in December, she put a (do not fill until Jan.1,2008), the pharmacy held it and filled it on the 1st, no problems. I think trusted patients will find a lot of physicians will do this for them on medications that are regular, does not need changing. Good luck on Tuesday.
