Guest guest
Red root tincture, heavy doses, like a teaspoon three times per day is the best Ive found. Also, dry brushing before and srubbing a bit during a detox bath. poke weed tincture is stronger, use only 2 or three drops at a time from what Ive heard, havent needed to go there. moderate exersise should help too. > > I was wondering what others are doing for lymph movement and detoxing? > > I've had multiple surgeries that involved the removal of lymph nodes in different areas, I also had Hodgkins disease 28 years ago(cancer of the lymph nodes) So the flow is compromised and I need some assistance with moving things along. > > I just heard about a Lumen, anyone here familiar with this? > > I do not have a rife machine yet.....does the rife have a frequency setting for Lymph? I also use some supplements however they don't seem to be working as well as when I 1st started their use. > > please share if anyone else is working hard at this. > Thank you! > Sherrie > > >
Guest guest
Hi Sherrie - Have you checked into rebounding? It is great exercise for lymph movement. Taking Red Root or Burbur works too. They can cause herxing for some so start slowly. I also like to change the PH in my body by drinking lemon water. Blessings, Meo > > I was wondering what others are doing for lymph movement and detoxing? > > I've had multiple surgeries that involved the removal of lymph nodes in different areas, I also had Hodgkins disease 28 years ago(cancer of the lymph nodes) So the flow is compromised and I need some assistance with moving things along. > > I just heard about a Lumen, anyone here familiar with this? > > I do not have a rife machine yet.....does the rife have a frequency setting for Lymph? Guest guest
How does red root cause herxing if its not antimicrobial? One of the Terrys has been complaining of burbur causing herx. I have mostly ignored the cowden protocol because I believe he has some stake in the nutrimedix which is wrong, and they are really expensive and I cant find much independant information on the herbs, almost none of which Ive ever heard of. I recently ordered some burbur and pinella just because I hear it talked about here quite often and I want to for an opinion.
