I am so sorry this has happened.... I have done it myself, and was

forgiven, only because I was long standing patient.

Please go out today and buy a 7-day pill organizer, and set up your

medications as you take them . Leave the organizer out, use it. And

put those pill bottles away! Eliminate the possibility of confusing

them again!

I hope they understand. But protect your self! Avoid doing it again at

all cost!

I have done that before. I would call and explain to them what happened. But,
