OT: Very 1st doug coil session: how long of an exposure is recommended?

I herxed on 3 sec's took me weeks to

get up to 10 sec's on Lyme freq. I would hit the Lyme first 432 and

get that load down before going onto other freq's.

I only would do 5 seconds and see how that goes. I know

some who have had problems with only 15 seconds. It really depends on how

sensitive you are. I tend to herx easily so I would only use 5 seconds...
