Guest guest
I would explain to him that as long as you are happy with your treatments, that's all that matters. You are the one going through the pain and the treatments, so you shouldn't worry about what other people say or think. The most important thing is you being happy and that you think the treatments are working. It might take him a little while to understand that, but he will sometime. I went through the same thing with my parents. They don't like the pain meds I take now, but they help with my pain. Sincerely, Steve ----- Original Message ---- I do try to write down everything I want to discuss with my doctors. My husband goes with me whenever he can so I can have back-up. My aunt and uncle have gone with me but right now, my uncle is upset at the doctors and how they are treating me with my pain and he doesn't want to go with me to appointments. He said he is afraid he might say something that might put him in jail because he is very mad at them. My aunt has advocated for me before and the doctors listened to her.
