Guest guest
I`ve been awake at around 4:30 every day for the last month. It`s starting to take things out of me. Like the " want to`s " ,and my energy. I caan`t sleep during the day because of either being to sore or my mind won`t let me. I try to fall back to sleep once I move out to my recliner, but the pain is stronger than me, so the best I can do is start to move. By 8 I feel fairly normal, and then I start overdoing. Can`t quite figure out why I`m like this. I started on Lyrica, and it seems to help some. I`m better earlier, my Doc says I should up my dose, but he`s not the one that needs to pay for it. I so wonder sometimes what a normal life would be like. Going off a 34 foot bridge when I was 21, swiped all my chances of that away. I`ve never been the same since. I feel so alone being able to stay in bed at least until the sun comes up. My new Standard Poodle pup is the only one around, and he follows me like I`m made out of gold and he doesn`t want to loose his riches. At least that`s comforting. I have no idea why I`m going on like this. I guess I just needed to get it out. thanks for being here and I wish all of you a moderate pain day. Thanks,
Guest guest
, if you were close by I'd ask you over for coffee 'round 4:30 am. I've been waking up around that time also, with no hope of getting back to sleep. I suspect that it is the pain of not having moved for so many hours that wakes me. I too have been prescribed Lyrica, but haven't filled it yet. Please share your experiences of using it. hugs, Reta --- wrote: > I`ve been awake at around 4:30 every day for the last month.
