can detoxing make you herx?

I dont think that you herx from detoxing ,but detoxing with release the neurotoxins from your lymph or liver etc and therefore can circulate in your body if you do not take a binder after taking something to detox.Taking a binder stops the toxins from circulating by absorbing the toxins in the intestines so they cant be reabsorbedcan detoxing make you herx?
