I will never get another shot in my back for them though. I had too many shots over the years & never once did they help, only made me worse. Lesson learned about that. I used to use the tennis ball against the wall, but it slid around too much. Taping it to a board wouldn't help because when I use a ball against the wall, I need it to be able to roll where I want it, but not slip away.
