Guest guest
Yes epsom, baking soda (bobs red mill- mined, not chemically produced, its actually cheaper than arm and hammer on amazon too) and distilled vineger (grain not petroleum). Also ginger juice to make me sweat. As for red root I got the Alternative Health & Herbs brand because they sell an eight oz. I looked at it on amazon and they also make the poke tinc. HerbPharm is also a reputable company. Just searching for these tinctures I found this one, http://www.amazon.com/Lymphatic-Glands-Tincture-fl-oz/dp/B001F1977K/ref=sr_1_4?i\ e=UTF8 & qid=1342472627 & sr=8-4 & keywords=poke+tincture and this I found well recommended on some forum when I was trying to look up the ingredients on the last one: http://www.amazon.com/Herbs-Etc-Lymphatonic-oz-Liquid/dp/B000Q39XOU/ref=sr_1_2?s\ =hpc & ie=UTF8 & qid=1342472949 & sr=1-2 & keywords=lymphatonic > > > > > > I was wondering what others are doing for lymph movement and detoxing? > > > >
Guest guest
My friend had lymph swelling as one of his most serious lyme symptoms. I had mild swelling and discomfort. We started on doses listed on the bottle. It cured my problems and helped my buddy. Then I was rereading Buhner's 'Healing Lyme', and noticed he said I think thirty or forty drops. This, over a couple months helped my friend considerably. I also increased my dose just figuring it was good for the system and the detoxing. I do well with my herxes and certainly would not discount this, I consider it a staple. Then I went to an herbalist who recommended three droppers full at a time, somewhere I read three 30 drop droppers was a teaspoon, but I might be wrong. Ive been doing this sometimes with no adverse reaction. I agree with somebody that someone with serious problems might want to take baby steps, but people say herbal lymph protocols take a month or so, and that seems like a long time to me. It seems to be a very mild, theraputic herb. I just looked it up in Buhners new book, 'herbal antibiotics' indeed he has increased his recommendation to 30 to 90 drops 3-4 times daily. He also recommends poke root tinc as an alternative at " one-third the dose " of red root. Thanks for asking, Im glad to get the chance to clarify. > > > > I was wondering what others are doing for lymph movement and detoxing? > > >
