Dilaudid and nausea

I started taking 4 mg of dilaudid twice a day about four months ago.

It has always made me a little nauseous; however, for about three

weeks now the nausea seems to be pretty much all the time. Has anyone

experienced this?

I'm not sure why all of a sudden it's making me feel this way so

much of the time. I take my dose at about 7:00 a.m. with a little

food (not much) and again around 2:00 p.m. (about 2 hours after

I have eaten lunch.)

I would appreciate any comments.
