Guest guest
Girlscout, you got it bad girl! I don't know what " it " is, but you got it. The image of all these people following you from the Salvation Army is most outlandish I've ever heard of. Now see, that's why I stay inside and have become a hermit. To avoid these things Seriously though a number of my odd crazy people attractions have been mentally unbalanced homeless people like you've experienced. I've come up with many explanations for this some flattering or some not. One is that they can tell we would have compassion for them, another is that they see something they need that they want on some subtle spiritual level, another is that (eeek) they sense something in common with us. I tend to jump to spiritual explanations because I just have never found an ordinary explanation that explains it. I mean, is having a " kind face " enough to explain all that??? What do your coworkers who've seen this in action think causes it? julie > > > > > > > > I was wondering how many here identify with attracting BPD and NPD > > > > people as friends and lovers? Guest guest
Hey GS- didn't mean to imply your weren't a fighter, only telling what changed things for me...actually, given your notes here I'm now wondering if maybe you are just such a cool, magnetic person that you attract freaks. I don't mean this sarcastically, I mean like movie stars do. For example, I have a friend who actually is a dead ringer for Hoffman. He tells a very funny story about walking down the street in NYC, and having some lady on a bus start screaming out the window " It's Hoffman! It's Hoffman! " Next thing he knows, an entire tour bus full of people is chasing him down the street screaming " ! come back, ! " I've also known people who were so pretty, or so unusual, or just so full of good warm loving life energy that lonely sad people drew near them like moths to a flame. Could be that's what happening to you. , I loved your line - Starbucks. The Native American word for " weird people like strong coffee " . ha ha ha!
