Guest guest Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 Pets are wonderful, but I think my daughters are going to think I lost my mind. I already have 3 dogs, a cat, and 3 birds. I was feeling pretty good today, so when my girlfriend who rescues dogs, told me she had a standard poodle who needed a home, My mouth went open and I said, bring him over. So now he`s laying along side of my chair. He`s 6 months old, and as nervous as can be. I don`t think he`s ever been in a house. Sometimes I think I get more love and caring from my pets when I`m having a bad time, than I do from family members. They no when I`m not doing well.
