Patti,

my personal e-mail is lrb@..., not Irb. That's a " L " but little " l "

I appreciate that you are trying to help me. This is all so

difficult--illness and life's vicissitudes--so I'm thankful for all the

help, care, and concern. Cheryl, Idaho, 43, mom, grandma, teacher, wife.

Hey Patti....

So how was that Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake....hold on a minute...have to wipe my mouth....ok....so anyways...

so Kaitlyn left yesterday...to start her new life in a new city and new school....good for her....and turning 18 all on the same day....what excitement for her....and what a hard time for a mom....

how far away is Halifax....

if you miss tripping over her clothes..well...I can send you a pic of Tylers room....well that is if my camera does not self destruct....I think he has a carpet in there but not really sure any more...just worrying about loosing a pet in there....lol...

I am glad that all that testing for Mike is over...what a stressful time...I can imagine how upset you were....before...during and then after....

It is good at least that Mike is doing well right now....

You just wish that these people who work in hosp realized what kind of stress a family is going thru and have a little more consideration...I know that all places are not the same...we have been soooo lucky....but I really feel for the ones who seem to get no respect, support and help...

well Patti...need to fold the clothes..the dryer buzzer seems to be getting louder each time it goes off...lol...

take care and talk soon

My reg. Dr. told me there was no sense in trying something else-

that it was the pain waking me up. And that I'd need to find

something for that and forget about trying somethng else.

Told the pharmacy about ambien not working and what Dr said and

thankfully he told me that dr.s answer made no sense. There are

other options.

Patti,

My Pain doctor told me the same thing. I told him tough that it

would make more sense for me to either increase my pain medication or

change to another sleeping medication or both. I need to be able to

sleep in order to function the next day, plus lack of sleep is very

hard on the body as well. I use meditation as well as relaxing music

to go to slepp by, but without the aide of something else, I fnd

myself dozing off and on and not getting a continuious amount of

sleep.

I hope you get your order of protection as no one has the right to

hit you. Stay strong!

And as far ass being useless, no you are not. You have just suffered

a death of sorts and need to take time grieve. You owe no one any

explainations. Your true friends will accept yo for who you are now.

Don't ever feel like you owe any one anything as far as

explanations. You suffer from a chronic disease, and in many cases,

more than one disease and probably most of those people you know do

not have the strength to handle what you do. So be proud of yourself

and for all that you have overcome.
