Hi Terry,

Welchol and Glucomman are very similar, Welchol is a drug, Glucommanan is a

supplement..

The drug will cost you more, has side effects and Glucomannan does not seem to

have any side effects and it is very reasonably priced...

Hi jim i have both as well a chitosin i think its called i took the welchol last night the one my doc prescribed its just once a day so thinking i am taking chorella 3 times a day so thinking its better to take chitosin or glucomanan instead as i take a binder 45 minutes after chorella
