Hi All,

Just checking in to say that my NutriBullet is working out very well! (No, I have no vested interest in this product, and please don't confuse it with the MagicBullet, which is much less powerful.) I just want to share a helpful tool.

The one time it leaked was my fault for not tightening it up and I'd over-filled it, too. Since then, I've become a smoothie-making fool, and it's really changing my life. The whole thing about eating 75% veggies and lots of them raw has definitely become an easy reality after years of guilty struggle and falling short of my aspirations.

I just retired my Champion juicer to the basement. It had always made me think twice before making anything in it because to all the clean-up afterward. This little NutriBullet is so easy to use and clean that I just pop any organic produce into it and liquify, and that's it. The blades and cup rinse clean under hot water but rarely get dry in the dish rack before they're in use again.

Spinach and spring greens usually go in first, followed by carrots, pears, black cherries (pitted) melons, parsley, whatever's handy. This isn't a clear juice, but a thick, wholesome liquid. Nothing is lost, the skins are in, so that's why everything must be organic. You can add water or juice to make it more thirst-quenching. Breakfast is kefir, banana, soy lecithin, DE, and cetyl-myristoleate. In the evening, I liquify a quarter of an organic lemon, rind pulp and all, add some water, squeeze some lime juice in, and pretend I'm drinking a gin and tonic. (Once in a while I add a couple oz. of tonic, but am leery of the sugar.)

Anyway, I couldn't afford a Vitamix, and it would have been too large for the Airstream on the road anyway, but this is an excellent substitute and I'm delighted with it.

Hope this helps if anyone is looking for good nutrition made easy.

Be well,

Léna
