Hi Marie,Do you mean the folate? Look for methylfolate or also the name Metafolin. I buy the Solgar brand. It says Folate on the bottle but also says metafolin, and is methylfolate. This is the bioactive form of folic acid. Avoid folic acid in your supplements as some of us cannot convert it well.If you are interested in trying it, I would suggest reading about B12 and methylation for awhile. There are different supplements that work together and the basics need to be covered while also figuring out what your own body can handle and needs.Sherry>> Thank you Sherry ,> I have the same problem I may try this where do you buy it at swnason is it the real name to buy it ?> Thank

(CE and sauna each twice a day, plus binders, etc., as well as NAC orally and by injection, and glutathione by injection.). Due to poor absorption, I've been taking B12 shots and Myers B mix shots for several years, plus two other B vitamins in powder form. So I thought I was well covered in that area.> > However, that wasn't correct: I still needed

active folate (methylfolate) or at least more than I was getting. Since adding that, I am going through quite an adjustment and responding very strongly to my B12 shots. I'm needing a lot of methylfolate: 800 mcg 5 times a day.> > I am detoxing more on my own, and don't seem to be needing any NAC or glutathione, am no longer muscle testing to take my chelators either. I'm still tweaking things, but I am pretty sure I'm going to ultimately make a big step forward with this.> > I discovered this by reading extensively on a CFS forum at phoenix rising about B12 and methylation. Warning: big learning curve.> > Anyway, I wanted to pass this on: We can't afford to miss the basics of vitamins A, B's, C, D, E, and important minerals. > > Sherry>
