It says Folate on the bottle but also says metafolin, and is methylfolate. This is the bioactive form of folic acid. Avoid folic acid in your supplements as some of us cannot convert it well. If you are interested in trying it, I would suggest reading about B12 and methylation for awhile. There are different supplements that work together and the basics need to be covered while also figuring out what your own body can handle and needs.
