Lyndi,

Yes, thank you. I usually keep Imitrex around and notice I don't

have any and it's January. Time to get a prescription. I hate to get a headache

on Fridays or at night as you cannot see the doctor. Lyndi, thank you for

answering. I think we play a game of guessing what each person is supposed to

remember. I feel we are playing a form of Charades. Maybe we can invent a

game, Time to Remember, where family members or friends get points figuring out

what someone is trying to remember, Next clue is...

New Subject:

Ok, we have figured out I have puniformis syndrome and I usually go for active

release massage, but I saw this type of surgery they do to release the muscle

and decompress the sciatic nerve so it is not so painful.

Has anyone had this or been diagnosed with puniformis syndrome. It is called

the Pain in the Butt syndrome and I mean it is, and there are really deep spasms

that are hard to relax.

Any info is appreciated.
