I use 1550, 465, and also have pulled a number of freqs off the CAFL list which look like they apply to me, since there are diff kinds of Candida. I have found it mildly helpful. Usually it results in loose stools the next day (to be expected) but I have other issues with dental toxicity, etc. Still I keep doing it cuz I think it can't hurt to keep the load down. Also, I rife for parasites and h.pylori. I have found that the h.pylori freq of 676 for recommended 10 mins quite helpful, and may also help Candida.
