Hi Terrywhile I do use naproxen and an occasional hydrocodone /Apap ( this is prescription) I second the reiki and also Qi Gong..Any energy type exercise used is good as it comes from the universal energy that is all around usHere are some simple Qi Gong instructional lessons/videos that are beginner level that might help ease pain.please ignore the hype of the [articular form of Qi Gong( loosely translated as energy work) alternate spelling is Chi Kung depending on the tradition , but the lessons are

more thing, which I often forget, as it's simply a long-established part of my life, but Reiki is great for pain. It's a hands-on energy technique, doesn't heal the body but provides it with energy to heal itself, and along the way, is a tremendous help in lessening pain, improving circulation to an afflicted area, and relaxing it so healing can occur more easily.
