hypoperfusion and slow visual/cognitive processing

Is slow visual/cognitive processing associated with any of the coinfections, or with any other conditions that anyone can think of? Or mostly only with Lyme?

My most difficult symptom is a feeling that not near enough blood is getting to my head, and associated inability to see everything that's going on. I didn't respond symptomatically, or even Herx, on a combination of cefdinir and clarithromycin (and then azithromycin), making me wonder if something other than Lyme could be my primary issue. I am wondering if anyone's had anything similar respond to treatment for things other than Lyme.
