Guest guest Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 Our daughter has TMJ. She found out from a dentist. The dentist thought she did and x-rayed her mouth. She has pain in her jaw area. Intense pain, opening and closing her mouth, chewing, and even when the mouth is closed. She would shake in hre face are lower face that is and the pain would bring her to tears. The primary doc told us to go to the dentist as he suspected TMJ. I would do a search on the net and it wil surprise you what all the problems are with this. The problem is corrected now, she wore braces, took care of it completely.
