Guest guest
Im with you both Deanna and Dolly on that, When I read complaining it just reminded me of what our BPD parents do to us! Bottom line there are tons of help groups on line if one isnt working for you try another. Why complain and make everyone else upset? This seems just an attention seeking behavior and does no one any good. This list obviously gives help to alot of people or they wouldnt be here saying so. We all would love to have tons of responses but that isnt realistic, unless I have something to add that would be constructive or unless a topic " speaks " to me I dont respond its nothing personal Im just not into it. If I need to write in I do and if someone answers that is just icing on the cake but no one is required to. I think the biggest help from this list is just hearing other peoples stories and knowing finally its not you, its them. I took a break from writing into this list but I am glad it is here when I need it. Thanks to all of you who make it a great list:) > > Deanna, > > Thank you for saying this. Guest guest
Yes -- I thought what Deanna wrote was right on the money. /Janie (?) uses " Newbie " posts as her trojan horse to deliver a dig to everyone else. (She says practically the same thing every time. She seems to continually lurk for the sole purpose of seizing a chance to get a dig in to the rest of us.) She still has some anger to offload - - from her first " thanks for nothing " message. I can't deal with her. Her anger store is too great, and I'm not here to be her dumping ground. -Kyla
Guest guest
Well I question whether that person is not BPD themselves as well as a KO. Doesnt help this list. > > Yes -- I thought what Deanna wrote was right on the money. /Janie > (?) uses " Newbie " posts as her trojan horse to deliver a dig to > everyone else. Guest guest
Umm I didn’t bother reading it. I read the subject and thought I’ve had enough of people whinging. Venting can be hilarious, and quite healthy all round, but it sounded more like just someone having a good old bitch about nothing. Sound familiar? No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
I personally don't think we need to explain ourselves to this person. As a KO I have always felt I needed to explain and keep explaining why I have done certain things or not done certain things. The point is we are all free to respond to whoever we want whenever we want. We are also free not to let others dump their shame on us and free not to take judgmental comments personal. I just look at it as an opportunity to practice boundaries with people who are unhealthy and unsafe.
