Guest guest Posted July 20, 2012 Report Share Posted July 20, 2012 Cameron you know i just wrote a post about binders i truly wonder if using them really serve any purpose whatsoever if you are very regular.I could see there usefulness if you were constipated or not regular..I want to see scientific proof thats shows a benefit with ppl like myself who are regular.I am finding taking them makes me semi constipated and my gut at times bothers me i also feel like shyt within an hour of its use..They arent making me go anymore than i was so i would like someone to explain to me how there binding these toxins.
