Guest guest
Thank you Cameron, are the tinctures something that I can pick up at any health food store or do you have on line recommendations for the products? In ref to the detox bath? do you use epson salts and baking soda?Thank youSherrieSubject: Re: Lymph DetoxTo: Lyme_and_Rife Date: Sunday, July 15, 2012, 6:04 PM Red root tincture, heavy doses, like a teaspoon three times per day is the best Ive found. Also, dry brushing before and srubbing a bit during a detox bath. poke weed tincture is stronger, use only 2 or three drops at a time from what Ive heard, havent needed to go there. moderate exersise should help too. > > I was wondering what others are doing for lymph movement and detoxing? >

Guest guest
Hi Sherrie, I agree with Cameron, red root is a great detox for the lymph, but you may need to go slow if you're sensitive like me, or have a high bug load. I too have very congested lymph, as well as alot of sensitivities to foods and supplements, and with red root, I find that I've needed to start out with a few drops rather than teaspoons, because it is so strong and tends to dry out my nose and mouth. Do you bounce on a rebounder or trampoline? I find this very helpful for moving the stagnation out of my lymph channels. Even very gentle bouncing helps me feel more energetic and less tired and sluggish. But for me, walking is the very best thing I've found (that I can comply with daily!) for my lymph. I'm addicted to my walks, and EVERYTHING in me feels better and revived, as the lymph gets a big boost through the motion of my legs activating the lymph pumps, and my deeper breathing helps open the diaphragm and pump the lymph nodes deep in my belly. Having a couple of eager dogs helps too,, as they're always eager to go out and smell the world. And one last thing I'm thinking of, is to remind you of how important detox is when you're working to open up the lymph channels. My current favorites are charcoal caps, bentonite clay, Wobenzym for cleaning up undigested proteins in the blood, and Citruline for mopping ammonia, as well as daily coffee enemas Lena style (low volume ((and for me, low coffee/high water too)). When cleansing the lymph it's extra important to make sure that your body receives plenty of minerals each day, so I even squirt a little Concentrace right into my CE. good luck Sherrie, and let me know what works best for you with your lymph project~!
