Guest guest
Thanks Jim. I know it's not the meds causing the cognitive problems, as all this was happening before I started on ANY antibiotics. The abx are lousy, but they haven't done anything really awful to me (yet, knock on wood!). Shauna Hi Shauna,Sorry this is happening to you...All kinds of cognitive issues are common with Lyme and the coinfections, I will list a few links that present with all of the symptoms of the different infections.. http://www.canlyme.com/patsymptoms.htmlhttp://www.lymeinfo.net/coinfectionarticle.html Also, have you checked the side effects of the meds you took?http://www.medicinenet.com/cefdinir-oral_capsules/article.htm http://www.medicinenet.com/clarithromycin-oral/article.htmhttp://bacteria.emedtv.com/azithromycin/azithromycin-side-effects.html -- Take care,Jim
Guest guest
Jan, thanks! I'll look into Pueraria. I haven't heard of that! I'm taking natto and serrapeptase both already, so will continue to do so. I totally agree that the antibiotics cause a lot of problems. Right now my husband is the breadwinner and he wants me under the care of my LLNP who prescribes antibiotics...but I almost have him convinced to build me a Doug Coil for our anniversary next month. Kind of a sad anniversary present, but not really, not if it works! Shauna ShaunaMany of us have found that antibiotics dont work well for someone with chronic lyme because the lymeis encysted. Also long term antibiotics do so much harm in other ways to the body. After two years I stopped herxing on antibiotics and started natural protocols which worked , and I do rotate different herbals ,so that the bacteria does not get too used to things.ART muscle testing can be helpful in finding out if a substance works well for your body Pueraria increases circulationin the brain , as does enzymes such as natto kinase and serrapeptase. The natto and serrapeptase thin the blood by removing fibrin.
