Sorry, about that I had forgotten that you had mentioned that before. I do

think keeping a pain diary is the best thing you can do. I know how hard it is

to not have meds when you are in such horrible pain, and there is not much that

anyone can say to comfort you.

Just keep going with the diary and I pray that things will work out for you.

Let the good Lord carry your burdens for you and he will never leave you alone.

Hi Carol,

Thanks I was doing some praying last night because of my pain. I'm

writing in a journal right now for a pain diary since my printer isn't wanting

to cooperate with me lol.
